Processing Time
All items are handmade and processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders will take longer, and we’ll contact you if additional time is needed.

Shipping Carriers and Rates
We ship exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. You’ll be able to select the USPS service (e.g., First-Class, Priority Mail) that best meets your needs at checkout.

Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated by USPS and may vary depending on the shipping option selected and your location. Once your package is in transit, Suzie Sews Sunshine is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or weather conditions.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Suzie Sews Sunshine is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you if a resolution is not reached, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds due to postal issues.
